A published writer. For 10 years, created and wrote a column, The Naturopathic View, in Creating Families, a magazine that was published by the Infertility Awareness Association of Canada (IAAC). Opinions on health and fertility issues have been featured in the Toronto Star, the Globe and Mail, Chatelaine magazine, and NOW magazine.
Certified in mindfulness meditation by Mount Sinai hospital.
While earning a BA in Psychology had additional training in counselling as well as working as a Peer Counselor at Concordia University.
Acupuncture, reflexology, and herbal medicine - therapies that were studied while in the four-year ND program at CCNM, and in workshops and seminars since graduation.
From 2003 to 2017, served as an acupuncture examiner for the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
As of January 2020, is the practice advisor for the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
